Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Resolve complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
Document all customer interactions accurately
Follow up on pending cases to ensure full resolution
Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Ability to work in U.S Timezone

Technical Requirements (Mandatory):

Reliable internet connection of not less than 300Mbps
Alternative power source (e.g., inverter, generator, or UPS)
